World Navi Uganda provides professional guidance in selecting vehicles, inspection before shipment, and full logistical support up to final delivery in Kampala.

Swaib said the company’s local presence ensures accountability and personalized service.

“I always advise people to work with companies that have an active presence in the countries they operate in. At World Navi Uganda, we have a team of ten well-trained experts who guide you through every step—from car selection to delivery—while answering all your questions along the way,” he said.

Swaib also highlighted the company’s transparent pricing and budgeting process, providing detailed quotations that include all costs to help clients plan accordingly.

He cautioned buyers against fraudulent online operations, noting that some companies operate temporarily to scam clients.

World Navi Uganda follows a three-stage importation process: identifying and purchasing cars in Japan, shipping them to Mombasa, clearing and transporting them to Kampala, and handling taxes and registration until the vehicles are ready to drive.

Every car undergoes thorough inspection before payment is finalized.

The company offers flexible payment terms, requiring 30 percent upfront for shipment to Mombasa, with the balance due upon arrival in Uganda. For vehicles over five years old, clients pay 20 percent upfront, with banks covering the remaining 80 percent.

World Navi also provides warranties—up to one year for used cars covering engines and transmissions, and full coverage for brand-new vehicles.

Delivery typically takes 60 to 90 days, including shipment, transportation to Kampala, and registration.

The company operates from Forest Mall, Kampala. Swaib encouraged clients to contact the team directly at 0709 253 039 for guidance rather than relying solely on online information.
